Students will learn and utilize the jab, cross, hook and uppercut from Western Boxing for a great upper body workout resulting in increased muscle endurance and toning
PUNCHES

Students will learn and utilize Muay Thai Kickboxing round kicks & push kicks for an unparalleled lower body workout

KICKS

Students will learn and utilize the Muay Thai Kickboxing straight knee, angled knee & round knee for core strengthening and glute toning
KNEES

The instructor will have students use a variety of abdominal exercises during a session, hitting all different angles to help the student tone and strengthen the core

CORE STRENGTHENING

Students will use a variety of equipment such as dumbbells, resistance bands & weighted exercise balls for strengthening and toning the entire body

RESISTANCE TRAINING

A wide variety of basic Yoga poses are utilized during class to help students increase flexibility, balance, posture as well as help to relieve stress
