Our Fitness Kickboxing classes are 45 minute interval training sessions including cardiovascular & resistance training, as well as plyometric exercises and Yoga poses. Each class includes a warm up, several rounds of combinations on a high quality heavy bag, finishing with intense abdominal exercises.

What to expect?

We are doing our best to follow CDC guidelines. We clean equipment & mats after every class. We want to provide the safest environment possible. Please help us by practicing good hygiene by checking your temp, not coming to class if you are ill, cleaning your own equipment, etc..

Each class includes a warm up, several rounds of combinations on a 200lb. heavy bag, finishing with intense abdominal exercises.

Classes developed while training our professional and amateur fighters. An average class can burn up to 1000 calories per hour.
